30 Day Challenge

I've started a 30 day challenge along with a group of fantastic women and what I'm finding is the support is SO important. We are all doing different programs but we are all doing SOMETHING. I'm doing the WHOLE30 food program. Others are doing paleo, weight watchers, using a food and activity tracker, increasing water intake, increasing fiber...you name it. I love it because there are many different ways to achieve goals - what matters is that it works for you! We are sharing recipes, funnies, etc. so I thought I would share here as well.

If you are trying to cut down on carbs, here is a healthy recipe for CAULIFLOWER BREADSTICKS. I am cutting out dairy for 30 days so I will take the dairy-free version (see below)!
